Seiyuu is the Japanese word for voice actor. The term "CV," short for "character voice," is also common.

Ogata Megumi is the seiyuu for Tenoh Haruka (Sailor Uranus) from the first anime series. She was born on June 6th, 1965 in Tokyo. She is currently affiliated with Aoni Productions. Her official website is emou.net.

Her previous roles in Sailor Moon include Petz, the eldest Ayakashi Sister from Sailor Moon R, the young version of Mamoru from the Sailor Moon R movie, and several monsters of the day.

Some of Ogata's other anime roles are Ikari Shinji from Neon Genesis Evangelion; Kurama from Yu Yu Hakushou; Princess Emeraude and Eagle from Magic Knight Rayearth; Tsukishiro Yukito and Yue from Card Captor Sakura; and Izumi Rio from Full Moon o Sagashite.

She has released a number of CDs, including MO, Half Moon, and Marine Legend.

Katsuki Masako is the seiyuu for Kaioh Michiru (Sailor Neptune) from the first anime series. She was born on October 15th, 1959 in Hachinohe, Aomori. She works for 81 Produce.

Some of Katsuki's other anime roles include Tsunade from Naruto; Kanse Fuwa from Patlabor; Misaki Aya from Oniisama E.; Lady Kayura from Samurai Troopers; Hell from Weiß Kreuz; Cecilie von Spitzweg from Kyou Kara Maou; and Soma Yoshino and Ran Tao from Bleach.

She has also done work for Japanese dubs of foreign movies and TV shows, including Grace from Will and Grace, Samantha from Sex and the City, Clarice from the Hannibal Lector movies, and Jean-Grey from X-Men 2. She has dubbed roles played by Sharon Stone and Jodie Foster on several occasions.

In 1993, she released a CD called Ame ha Suki Desuka.

Minagawa Junko is the seiyuu for Sailor Uranus/Tenoh Haruka in Sailor Moon Crystal. She was born on November 22, 1975. Her other anime and gaming roles include Echizen Ryoma from Prince of Tennis, Ada Wong from Resident Evil, Cornelia Li Britannia from Code Geass, and Joshua Christopher from Chrono Crusade.

Ohara Sayaka is the seiyuu for Sailor Neptune/Kaioh Michiru in Sailor Moon Crystal. She was born on December 6, 1975. Her other anime and gaming roles include Ezra Scarlet from Fairy Tail, Harada Rika from Honey and Clover, Ichihara Yuuko from xxxHolic, and Livia and Lucia from Final Fantasy XIV.
